MINIMUM Fee is $1,750 for Kitchen/Bath Remodels and $3,500 for Custom Home Plans up to 3,000 SF We are a licensed, professional design firm (SB#1820) with a focus on Residential Architecture specializing in Kitchen & Bath Remodeling, Additions, and Outdoor Living. Our design process respects your financial investment by specifying quality fixtures/materials and saving valuable time during construction with thorough documentation. We seek to build meaningful spaces that are based on established "patterns of living" bringing order and beauty to a place. Led by Pablo Serna AIA LEED AP, a licensed Architect, with more than 17 years of private practice experience with custom residential architectural projects.
