These guys are not to be trusted AT ALL!!

Zero or negative starts would be more accurate for these inbred ditch dwellers. The Cardins (Timmy Sr and Timmy Jr) do not do what they say/are contracted to do. My particular job was not done per our agreement, was not finished, lots of debris left on top of that. Stay away from these crooks. After they got part of the agreed cost, they disappeared - do not answer phone calls or respond to text messages. BEWARE!

Timmy, owner of t&c paving is not to be trusted. He left job incomplete and made promisses to return to complete on a rush schedual if I paid a reduced price. Once he was paid he won't return calls or texts. My trusting him was unwise. Don't trust him.
