After two years, still waiting for Steve to come back and fix the things we're not happy with. Unfortunately he has cancer. I cannot recommend Steve until he makes things right with us.

We used L&S Remodel to take out a wood stove and install a gas fireplace. This involved extensive work in our living room and on the exterior of our house. I have a different idea of what things should " look" like and Steve was able to understand the look I wanted, while keeping to code. He's reliable and efficient, cleaning up daily. Would use again.

Love my porch! Honest and on time to work and to finish the project. I hired L&S Remodeling to build a front porch and a side porch and they did an outstanding job. I was having a new roof put on at the same time and he worked with the roofers to make sure everything was exact. I have other projects that I will definitely be calling L&S Remodeling for. No BS just great workmanship.
