This man took my $2,500 dollars and never returned. It’s been 6 months since I paid. How do people sleep at night? It’s disheartening that we can’t support small businesses. He doesn’t answer any calls. I have nothing to show for my money. I still have to have a unit installed at the property. I hope you aren’t treated as bad as you treat your customers

I recently paid Sunny Knox to install an air conditioning system in my home. This included running copper wiring down the length of an outside wall. I was informed he would install a cover over the copper wiring on the outside wall. He stated the cover would be installed on July 5th. This did not occur. He failed to respond to attempts to contact him until July 8th when he stated he would install the covering on that day; needless to say that did not occur. He later stated he would install the covering on July 14th; that did not occur. Further, he fails to return calls and has lied repeatedly, regarding the installation, to the person who referred him to me. Has anyone else had this experience with Sunny Knox? If you did please let me know how you addressed his failure to complete a job.
