the salesman was very clear about services & cost. he knew who the servicemen were & THE TIME THEY WOULD COME. Bobby & Eddie did a great job & informed me what types of pests they were seeing. They were clear about what they were doing for me today and wiling to come back at any time if I needed it. They were both very friendly & professional. a wonderful and no stress exerience.

I’m very picky about who I let in my home and the only one I will allow is Chris. He is professional and answers any questions I may have. He always takes time to say hello to my kids. He is great!

It's been over 3 months since a broken termite indicator has been laying in pieces where it was installed. If FOX was providing the services I'm being billed for, by now it should have been noticed and replaced. They obviously are not checking the indicators, otherwise, they would have seen this. What are they doing when they come to my home??
