Responsiveness Previously had gotten a shed from them a couple years ago shed was great quality over price but great quality second time around I was in a rush to get another shed. Ordered a 10x12 Extremely overpriced was told 6 to 8 weeks for delivery but then was told had the exact said that I was getting but a different color that I could have right away I agreed I was in the middle of having the whole entire deck ripped down and put back up so the yard was a mess and there was so much going on once the shed was delivered it was after 9 o’clock at night and I hurried and put everything in it couple weeks later I contacted Andrea to let her know some concerns I had with the shed and I had ordered a ramp from her and sent her a friend who bought a 3 or 4K shed Not really sure on the price they sold me a flower box that was damaged full of cobwebs for full price but whatever when I contacted her about my concerns the woman answering the phone would never put the call through always said she was busy this went on for about two months I went into insulate my shed and noticed all the nails that were coming through the roof like they use the wrong size nails They were all poking through the roof the wood was split everywhere the shed look like it had either been preowned or they had it on the lot and couldn’t sell it because of the condition and got lucky when I needed a shed and wasn’t there to see it. As you can see from the pictures the damage is quite extensive and the doors came lopsided after getting no response I finally went down there also asked her where my ramp was and she said oh I have it you don’t contact somebody for something they paid for that was supposed to be delivered with your friends shed. She blamed everything on the elderly woman and said she was no longer there and then proceeded to tell me the damage was caused by my shed not being on the right pad it’s on the exact same pad that my other one is on except it is a little uneven which wouldn’t cause all the nails to poke through the roof and all the splitting of the wood everywhere she was rushing me telling me she had to contact her builder another customer walked in and all of a sudden she couldn’t find my paperwork or anything so she’d have to get back to me that was four days ago. Another payment was taken from me yesterday for my shed so I’m continuing to pay for a damaged shed she doesn’t respond to emails. I want the shed replaced I have no problem contacting a lawyer if I have to there’s nothing worse than thinking you’re a valued customer when in reality you’re just another customer she obviously didn’t want the gentleman to hear what was going on so she rushed me out of the store. I didn’t get my ramp but she said she had it will move forward on Monday. Make sure you see the shed in person and do your homework Because they do not stand behind their product they make every excuse in the world how it’s not their fault either way I will get it resolved The only reason I went through with the review is because she is ignoring me. BBB and consumer affairs and bank were contacted. Seems they have a lot of issues with andrea and her lack of compassion and her honesty. Paid for a shed with 2 windows and only got 1 and she never adjusted price either. THIEVES She just tells people I have to contact manufacturer and then poof she’s gone

The Shed Mover is no longer affiliated with Shed World. Unfortunately, after 6 years of providing quality services at this lot location for both All Seasons Sheds & Shed World, we are no longer providing service to them. For the last 2 years, the new owners under Shed World would decide whether or not to pay their full invoice. We were unable to resolve this ongoing issue. There were delivery problems due to their lack of customer service and site checks. We were unable to complete some deliveries without additional time, materials, or assistance. Shed World refused to acknowledge additional expenses in these cases. It is important to prepare the customer for a smooth delivery.
