Just a plumber. Sells HVAC services but D. has no knowledge of HVAC other than connecting water pipes. Always willing to blame others (owner, electrician, carpenter, ..) when tasks are not completed. Friendly enough until you complain then D. puts on a hulk face. Will also ignore requests to fix his sloppy work .. then will lie in small claims court. Unless you have a plumbing emergency keep Coastal away from your home
