NOTE: IF ANYONE AT ALL IS HAVING AN ISSUE WITH REYBOLD, I WAS A PROPERTY MANAGER THERE AND KNOW A LOT ABOUT THEIR POLICIES AND INSIDE RULES AS TO HOW THEY TAKE MONEY FROM PEOPLE AND DON'T LIVE UP TO OBLIGATIONS. IF ANYONE AT ALL IS HAVING ISSUES OR CONSIDERING SUING THEM, PLEASE DO NOT HESITATE TO MESSAGE ME. I'M HAPPY TO SHARE ANY INFORMATION FROM INSIDE THAT AFWUL ORGANIZATION THAT I HAVE. THIS INCLUDES: ST ANDREWS DODSON COURT ASCOT LANDING MERIDIAN CROSSING GLASGOW PINES TIMBERLAKE ANY REYBOLD TRAILER PARK AGAIN DIRECT MESSAGE ME AND I WILL PROVIDE ANY INFO I CAN. I AM ALSO HAPPY TO TESTIFY AGAINST THEM IN COURT OVER DEPOSIT REFUND POLICIES, CHARACTER ISSUES, ETC. I HAVE DETAILED JOURNALS ON HOW THIS COMPANY OPERATES. Here's how they do business - they put up a clubhouse at their Ascot Landing modular home community and didn't get it permitted properly. They figured they wouldn't get caught. They did. The clubhouse sat empty for over a year. They "refurbished" the townhome balconies and didn't screw the railings in. They then scrambled to fix them before the county found out and started poking their noses around. They market Ascot Landing as single family homes. They do the same with St. Andrews. They're modular homes and they fall apart FAST - we are talking cracked walls and kitchen counters almost falling off walls, recessed lights falling out of the ceiling - all after about 3 months of the "house" being new. They made their money off trailer parks and that's the business model they operate off of. They retained personal property that I accidentally left behind and refuse to return it. They won't provide documentation for charges at moveout. These people are slumlords. They have all these grandiose plans for things but all the money is actually just loans from marital trusts from the owner's daddy. They make their living off of selling people mobile homes they can't afford, waiting for the bank to repossess them, and then buying them back and selling them over and over again. Jerome Heisler Jr. , the President, fwho doesn't even live in Delaware - he lives in Chadds Ford, PA, borrows all kinds of money from marital trusts of his dad. He also reprimands employees publicly if they park in his space so he can't get his huge gray Land Cruiser where he wants it. This company could collapse so fast it's insane the way it's leveraged. They have had 2 projects, Avon and Lincoln Center under plan for many years but nothing ever seems to happen. I'm guessing (opinion only) that this is because they're basically broke. They look good on paper but no liquidity would be my guess. Often times I heard the owner say he would cover bills out of his own personal checking account. What does that say for the stability of this organization? During my tenure I saw roaches, rodents, etc. and I was told to make problems go away. I honestly by opinion only think the owner, Jerome Heisler Jr., falls somewhere on the autism or asperger's spectrum. His mind is everywhere and he's a little off in my opinion. His dad once told me over lunch that he had done his fair share of drugs at a young age so maybe that messed him up. Steer clear of these crooks. They'll take your money and run.
