Not interested in small jobs after they said over the phone they were so they could build a rapport for more work later. Never followed up with an estimate or return call. My vibe is this contractor is only interested in making a lot of money off of you. Within the week of me contacting this company, I found another contractor who did an amazing job and it is now complete. I have plenty of projects to give them.

John was great. We were not sure what to do when we pulled up our old linoleum flooring and discovered original fir flooring but in fairly poor condition. John came in, salvaged and refurbished areas of the wood flooring where it was possible then installed marmoleum where the flooring was too far gone. It's looks awesome. He was efficient and upfront about the work and what it involved and he did a great job. We will definitely use his services again.
