Nick Witty Remodel

First thing first, very inconsitent and hard to reach when any issues arise. He did a kitchen pass through and was supposed to remodel two showers and couple smaller things that go with those remodels but decided after agreeing to a price that he rather not do somethings. So we thought well ok that is fine since he is doing some other jobs for us in the house. This to him was us trying to get over on him and didnt say anything about that until after we contacted him for issues that other professsional remodelers doing other jobs for us explained how bad of shape our "remodeled shower" was in. After trying to reach several times just to hear "my phone wasnt receiving text" he finally got back to us. He came out and did a "cover up" of the issue just trying to hide it and left without even letting us know what he had done. Well days later we noticed the grout was coming up again and leaving standing water in our shower. So i went to reach out to him again and sent videos and pictures like he requested and he blocked me on facebook and off his business page. He responded a couple days later stating that his pages were hacked and he didnt block me. Today we noticed the issue getting worse and sent him a picture to keep him posted of it and he claims we are harassing him. NO we just wanted a COMPLETE JOB FOR A PAID IN FULL SERVICE. By the time i responded back to him he had blocked my number. HE DIDNT NOT WRITE RECEIPTS FOR HIS PAYMENT NOR DID HE HAVE ANY PAPER TRAIL OF THE JOBS HE DID MAYBE FOR TAX PURPOSES but i have all the texts, pictures, and videos of the issues we have came across. PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE USING. Very nice guy before and during the job but once he receives his money he will not warranty his work like he claims to do.
