After trying another company to cleaned the duct (they never showed for the appointment), then i called this company. The technician returned my call within 10 minutes and had me scheduled for the following morning.The gentleman who arrived this morning was on time, friendly, and professional. He was finished in 30 minutes. We will use them again for other services.
