He is not an architect. Nathan wants your money so he can go travel - the minute you pay, he puts subcontractor on the job and disappears. His business did a terrible job on my home, and damaged the structure. When you contact him, he is rude, belligerent, and aweful. Will be reporting him to the BBB. Terrible business.

Hired to replace siding and deck. Demanded full payment before things were done and did not complete the job. On the deck did not leave spaces between the boards so we will have to redo the entire deck..this guy and his company (he now goes by JKL ) is not honest and did not complete the job. On the deck the part he did is going to have to be redone. In addition, and has 6 complaints on his contractors license (will be 7 very soon) I wish I would have found him here first before he took money from us and fortunately we didn't capitulate and pay for the entirety before anything was finished. Wish I could give negative stars.

Does not complete work! We had a builder that could not do the drawings even he thought he was a respectiful business. About the second meeting he said why dont you use me instead and get rid of your current builder. Also said he would finish drawings after paid in full he promised to give product. Kept giving us excuses and then he stopped emailing us. We never recieved finished product. Paid him all of the money. Please Beware! He is a snake in sheep clothing. He will take your money and run. Good Luck if you use them. I pray he changes his ways, Please also read the review on the BBB.
