We are are a family owned business located in Bellbrook Ohio.We offer home maintenance services that include painting, carpentry, plumbing, basic electrical, dry wall repair,tile, flooring installation, bathroom remodel, design advise, picture hanging, blinds/drapes installation, furniture assembly, lawn mower maintenance, cabinet & drawer repair,door installations, door knobs/locks, fire pits. We also offer custom hand painted Annie Sloan paint projects. From kitchen and bath cabinets to furniture.No job is too small, give us a call. We also offer an Annual Home Safety Maintenance Service (includes:changing smoke alarm batteries, dryer vent service,water heater vent inspection, change outdoor light bulbs (if needed) furnace filter replacement.

Chris has been such a wonderful blessing to me since I am completely clueless about handyman-type work. He is always dependable. He does the work quickly, thoroughly, and is very trustworthy. I never have to worry about whether or not he is taking advantage of my lack of knowledge regarding the projects. The added bonus is that his wife does design work and can also help with home decorating ideas, paint colors, staging, etc. I HIGHLY recommend Noland & Daughters to anyone needing any home maintenance or home decorating assistance.

Chris met me at Home Depot, I picked out and paid for a new water heater. He took it from there and within hours we had hot tap again. I completely trusted him and left my home in his care while I went about my day running errands. It is nice to know there are still honest and good people out there that will do a job for a fair price. I have already scheduled another job for him next week.
