I called and set up an appointment to have him give me estimates on several jobs around my home. He never showed up, he never called, and didn’t have the courtesy to return my follow up call to see why he didn’t show up.

I look at many projects and always call before I arrive. If a call goes unanswered I do not waste my time showing up. My time is equally as important.
