Best HVAC is a reputable company and I did receive reputable, professional service from them. I got exactly what I paid for--and I explained why the gentleman had been unusually slow in returning my calls. Regardless, reputable companies do not charge $800 - $1200 to replace a pressure reducing valve. I did not hire Triangle Heating & Cooling for the very reason that the price they quoted me over the phone was unreasonable and highly suspicious. Had it not been, I likely would have hired them at the time.
