Replaced our ice maker and then took 4 weeks and still did not fix microwave. After not showing up AND not replying to our calls or texts, I sent him a message promising to leave bad reviews and he replied the part wasn't in stock yet. Be finally came and part was still broken. A third try-still broken. The 4th time he said that must not be the problem, maybe a transformer and that's $200 more so we should just replace the microwave. He promised a refund verbally and in writing on 7/9. He has since ghosted us, not responding and not providing any refund for his lack of repair and it's 8/27. We filed a complaint with BBB and they gave not responded in the 14 days allowed. Do not use this person/company!!
