| Lake Whatcom Home Remodel | Apr 2014 | This was a three phase project. When we started this project the floors had been completely removed and the walls were in bad shape. The first phase of the project was to skim coat all the walls to cover the old texture. We then textured, primed and painted the ceilings throughout. Next we textured over the now smooth walls. Followed by primer and paint throughout. Phase two was finish carpentry. We installed all new interior doors, hardware, trim (baseboards and casements) and kitchen cabinets. Repainted window trim and jambs. Consulted the customer on the Oak hardwood floors and split entry stair case and all other flooring. Phase 3 was a complete replacement of the front deck.
