Skeers act like they are doing you a favor selling you an overpriced and hastily built home. They will make you wish you chose someone else when, not if, you have warranty issues and will insult your intelligence in the process with excuses you'd expect from a child caught being a brat. Good luck!

We thought a builder in a smaller community would be better than the national spec home builders like Toll Bros,,Lanar, Pulte etc.That is not the case at all. This builder takes the greatest effort to install the most inferior appointments and products.Workmanship is poor. From the leaky windows to the carpet that is worn down in one year, these homes are way overpriced for the quality.There is a one year warranty after which you are basically on your own . Also they cram in as many home as they can now to take advantage of the active housing market.
