We hired Derek and his crew to clean and stain our cedar deck in August 2016. We couldn't have been more pleased with the result. They quoted us a decent cost for the work, arrived when they said they would, they worked hard, and Derek himself checked the work that was done to assure we were happy with the results. I hired All Services Property Maintenance to prepare a pre-purchase property inspection on a new home my wife & I were thinking of buying. Not only was the report we received good value, Derek found some hidden issues that we weren't aware of that enabled us to negotiate a lower price with the seller. We were so pleased we decided to invest the money we saved and asked ASPM to provide a quote for remodelling the kitchen and do some interior painting before we moved in. The new kitchen looks great as does our newly painted walls. Derek and his crew did a great job but not only that, the final bill was actually cheaper than they had quoted due to the fact they'd used less materials than they'd originally estimated. I was very surprised at Derek's honesty and "customer first" attitude and I've since hired him again to do some other general contacting jobs around the house. As far as I'm concerned, I have no hesitation in personally recommending Derek and the guys at All Services Property Maintenance and I'll certainly be calling them again.
