If you care about quality, professionalism, and courtesy do not use this company. Frank, the owner, is a joke. Despite being given pictures/info beforehand, he failed to bring actual tools needed, and had ONLY shovels to dig in hard clay. It took 3 grown men 6 hours to dig 24 inches deep for a 5x7 slab. Frank sat/slept in his truck during the majority of this time. With the correct tools, the dig would've taken less than 30 minutes. A heavy rain was forecast for later in the day and because of how long the dig was taking, my wife asked Frank if they should postpone the pour. He literally yelled at her in our own yard and told her 'he would not kill his men for her'. She asked him to leave and he refused. What Frank apparently failed to intellectualize... the 'killing' of his men was the result of his own stupidity (not bringing correct tools and not helping them). My wife found his behavior so threatening that she called her brother to come over. When her brother arrived, Frank changed his tune immediately and even began helping his men dig. I guess Frank is okay with speaking to women in a threatening manner but doesn't have the courage to speak to men the same way. By the way, it did rain that evening on the freshly poured slab. Do yourself a favor and do not use Frank. If this review deters even one person, it will be worth the time I spent to post it.

Don't hire, waste of money, time and property value. DON'T HIRE!

Initially very responsive, and quick to provide an estimate. I have a small less than 500sqft area in a new condo that needed to be leveled. However, when final time came to pull the trigger the price changed dramatically. This had to do with a switch in the material used which they had not ever used before this project. Then due to the limited knowledge of the material the time I had to wait was longer than originally expected. This greatly impacted my time frame to move into my new place. When the material was finally installed there were spots that needed to be touched up. They came back the first time, and when their estimator said he would send someone back no one showed up. This wasted my time with no additional communication as to why. The work was done quickly and fairly okay with minor issues on tidiness because this was interior work. Additionally, follow up service and communication seems to be lacking.
