Sandy and her team are awesome! I moved to Belmont last year to a house with a pool that hadn’t been serviced in years. She took on the project of draining my frog and dead squirrel infused pool during her busy season. My pool was up and running in a few weeks with a brand new liner. She has maintenanced my pool ever since, her team comes by weekly and levels the chemicals, and even cleans out the vacuum and blows away leaves and debris preventing them from dirtying the water. Her prices are the best I’ve found, and service is top notch. She most recently suggested that I get an ionizer based off my discussion with her. She installed it yesterday and also replaced my filter gasket, for a better price than I could find online. Great service, great team , reliable, and great pricing! She’s not out to rip off customers, simply makes suggestions based off my conversations with her. Good old fashioned small town service, that is trustworthy

First I will say that they were very reliable for cleaning our pool. Prompt and did a good job (though pricey). No complaints there. We have a 13 ft deep pool and 3 small children. The light went out last year. In the fall they said they would repair it but I need to get the electrical outlet fixed first (understandable). They recommended a electrician and said that he was good and reliable. He stated on 3 occasions he would come out and fix it. Never showed, never returned calls. Sandy said she would reach out to him. He still never showed. We waited until the spring to send out our own electrician. He fixed it and we notified Sandy. She said "it is too cold for me to get into the water right now, but AS SOON AS IT IS WARM ENOUGH WE WILL DO IT RIGHT AWAY". After asking her several times to do it after it was warm enough she said on 3 occasions "we are too busy this week with pool openings", then "this is our busiest week and we can't do it", then today stated that they would not schedule it because my balance of $424 was 19 days outside of their 10 day invoice period. I paid it immediately and was then informed that should would not be able to do it for several weeks because of an injury preventing her from getting in the pool and that there were 3 liners they had to do before (i assume that pays more). After confronting her about it she refused to give me a date. Again our pool is 13 feet deep and I have 3 small children who have been swimming in the pitch black for a month now (it was warm enough for them and myself to get in but not to do the light). My biggest grievance was that instead of just telling me they wouldn't do it, they strung me along which prevented me from just calling someone else. If you want your pool cleaned they are reliable, but the above is no way to treat a customer worried about the safety of his children.
