Terrible to work with we recieved a quote and we explained we were moving Gary said that was no problem and he was finishing a job and we would be next a few weeks passed so I called and asked how much longer we were told he was working on a basement and it would be 2 weeks well after 2weeks came and went we waited so again I called Noone called me back for 4 days and then Gary's wife called me before 8am in the morning and was sorta rude telling me that her husband is busy and Noone is helping him and we are in the middle of a pandemic 6/11/21 (stores are not making people even wear masks now) so I explained we are moving and if they could give me a time frame ( we have a realtor needing to know a date to let people know it will be done) she said she couldn't give me a time frame now I'm sorry but her husband has been in this business for a long time he would at least know if it was going to be a week 2 weeks as a customer I have a right to know his wife kept saying you can find someone else if you need to well after waiting all this time we really didn't want to find someone else we were on a time schedule so I told her no I will just sit and wait after we hung the phone up a minute later the wife called back ( I didn't answer) I was already upset she said we were not a good fit so they are taking me off there schedule. I'm sorry but not once did the owner bother to call and tell us he had Noone showing up to work and it would be awhile if he didn't want the job he should have passed on it.
