Blue Crest Pools & Spas finished a swimming pool project in November of 2009 in the Brazos neighborhood using a permit obtained from the city of Waco; they completed a swimming pool project in November of 2005 in the North Lake Waco neighborhood using a permit also received from the city of Waco.
