Quality of craft, good customer service, and integrity are what make a business stand out in my mind. This said, I would never recommend All Season Pros (ASP) to anyone -- EVER! I don't typically write negative reviews, especially regarding debatable stuff. So, before I disclose the truth about ASP's service in my home, I will say these two things: 1) as soon as this write-up is complete, I plan to file a lawsuit against ASP to sue him for damages, cost of repair, replacement cost, and any other remedy Maryland law allows, and 2) ASP could have been avoided what's happening now if Mr. Hurtado did the right thing. All the above said, ASP performed one of the shabbiest, so-called "professional" jobs I've ever witnessed in my 57 years on this earth! I hired ASP to expertly hang two custom-framed 60" pictures about 16' upon a 22' tall wall. Each painting was to be centered above a window about one foot below. Each print costs $442.98 (including shipping). As we can see in Image #1 below, at least one picture is not centered at all. During the installation, ASP dropped one of the pictures while suspended about 15' - 16'. As a result, ASP did the following: 1 - Damaged the custom-framed painting (Image #2 and #3) 2 - Gouged a chuck out of the window casing (Image #4 showing a "partial" repair) 3 - Broke the wooden-window valance (Image #5) 4 - Marred the walls in several other places (Image #6 and #7) One of the distinguishing marks of a good business that I mentioned earlier is "integrity." I witnessed no such integrity when ASP performed the work in my home! Here's what I mean: when the picture dropped, ASP knew the impact broke the window valance and marred the wall, but they said nothing to me. Instead, ASP tried to "hide the mistake" by putting a miscellaneous screw in the wall and leaned the valance on tope of the screw to give the illusion the item was secure (even though cocked to one side). ASP's actions show they believed they could get away with hiding this. If ASP did have integrity, they would have come forward, on their own, and told me they made a mistake and then did what was necessary to fix it. Instead, ASP hid the problem, took the money, and ran. So, let the reader judge for themselves: "Was this was the right thing to do on ASP's part?" Finally, to add insult to injury, ASP left the work area a mess. Debris from the drywall was all over the floor, which I wound up sweeping up, which is how I discovered all the hidden issues. ASP left my home today, because Mr. Hurtado could not handle an angry customer. After paying ASP $188 to perform this work and they left behind, easily, $600 or more in damage -- who would not be angry? So, here's my conclusion: Given the nature of the things ASP neglected to do and the low quality of craft, I find it hard to imagine that this incident is the first time ASP has done a horrible job. I suspect ASP has done a similarly bad job in other cases, as well, whether reported or not. So, why take chances? If you are smart, I recommend you seek a better choice for your handyman jobs.

DO NOT HIRE! He is a liar and quite untrustworthy. He came to install our shutters, only to do them poorly. We found out the hard way when our shutters fell not once, not twice, but THREE TIMES IN A ROW. When we called him back to come and fix his mistake, he outright refused to do so. A terrible worker who REFUSES to acknowledge his errors and fix his mistake. We will not be affiliated with this man any longer. He has lost all business with us.
