Very responsive! I sent Bill Hoffman a text on a Sunday morning to outline my sprinkler problem in hope of him contacting me Monday to set up an appointment. But Bill called me within 20 minutes of my text message to him. We talked a few minutes. I then sent him a picture of my valve box, he calmly helped me trouble shoot my problem over the phone. It was fantastic. I was able to identify the problem valve and Bill told me in very easy to understand terms how to fix the valve myself. ( If I wanted to). Bill said he would be able to come to my house in a few days if I could wait for him. But I decided I was ready to DIY the fix and save some money! Thank you Bill!!

I contacted Bill Hoffman about a sprinkler problem and he showed up the next day and had the problem fixed in an hour. Highly recommend.

My valve system for my water irrigation was old,like 1992 old. I called and had service within two hours. Spent ten minutes and knowing me from last year indicated it was time to change out the valves. To save money per his suggestion I dug out the box, he went to another job and by the time he got back I was done..He then completed the job,turned on water checked the two zones,all worked great..Great customer service,did what he said he would do and best of all a very fair price. Will not use anyone else.. Great Job.
