Work was acceptable. There was a leaking valve after he left, but I was able to fix that. The water softener was not programmed correctly, so it kept regenerating, but I was able to work with the factory to reprogram it and it now works great. Be careful to get a written price quote before proceeding with the work in order to avoid surprises. Travis brought a helper and charged me $178 per hour, including very generous commute time.
