Polaskey Property Care

I was extremely dissatisfied with my experience working with Polaksey Property Care. They repeatedly failed to show up on the scheduled dates & times, and they also failed to contact me and advise of delays or request rescheduling. When they did finally show up 13 days after the original appointment date they stayed to work only 3.5 hours on a project which they originally estimated would take 1.5 days. IThe job I hired Polaskey Property Care to do was to clean out (not just clean up) the gardens and flowerbeds surrounding my home. When they finished, my property continued to look shaggy and overgrown, including boards and debris which were left in the gardens and including tall weeds (some 3+ ft) growing in the front and back flowerbeds. In spite of the poor results, I generously offered the company's prorated hourly rate for the 3.5 hours they worked, but surprisingly the owner refused this offer and says he wishes to be paid more. On every level my interaction with this company was entirely unsatisfactory.
