I wish I could rate lower than one star. Lee Zimmerman sent an unqualified worker to our house after I had performed nearly all of the preparatory work myself. He inevitably sent the worker home after, according to the worker, threatening him and telling my family that he was delusional. After half the weekend had passed and the job was still not even started, I asked if he would still be able to meet our agreement and complete the job before the end of the weekend. Lee became confrontational and offered us a refund. It was when we accepted his offer for a refund that he decided to leave our house. He refused to put the refund agreement in writing and provided no reasoning. He later resorted to name calling and personal insults against my family via voice message, and then began emailing us through porch.com stating that he turned us over to collections. He refused to disclose an amount or reason. I would NOT recommend hiring Lee for any job to anyone, and I strongly encourage everyone to do their research on him. His lawsuit history is quite astounding, and most of the cases relate to bad flooring business deals similar to this one. I know that the $600 deposit in dispute is more valuable to Mr. Zimmerman than it is to us, but we strongly want to caution all hard working Oklahomans to research this individual. More than the refund he owes us, we hope that he no longer takes advantage of others, and is someday able to earn an honest living.

Lee is a thorough professional with years of experience which you can see when dealing with him and seeing him perform on the job. I was very happy and satisfied while working with him and I look forward to hiring him on our next job. Keep up the good work and wish you all the very best !! Nach
