Blue Ash Residential Repaint

Oct 2015

I painted a kitchen, hallway, foyer, upstairs hallway. Three colors involved. I repaired an extensive amount of damage in order to prepare for the actual painting. We painted, crown moldings, ceilings and hand rails. We painted top to bottom and the customer requested a follow up job they were so pleased!

Mason Area 3 Full Paint

Oct 2015

I completed painting a nearly full repaint in the Mason area. A lot of repairs were necessary. We scuffed, shellacked, and primed several areas as needed, put a poly-coat on hand rails, painted spindles, caulked newly added crown molding, primed over faux painting in three areas of the house that required 3 coats including a primer coat, and the list goes on. Once the job was complete, the homeowners were very pleased with the outcome, however, it was a subcontracted job through 360 Painting. So the price that is given is the estimated amount we received as subcontractors, and not the overall total. So, as for legal purposes, I am not at liberty to disclose the amount.

50 Shades of Gray

Oct 2015

Residential repaint, full interior, plaster walls, in Ft. Thomas Kentucky. We met a woman through a web site designed for painting leads, and went there, gave an estimate, met her needs, and landed the job. We did the project while she was out of town on schooling, so needless to say, we had to meet a lot of her high expectations, and rightfully so. Anyway, we did our normal prep work, and all that comes with that. Such as, priming, mudding, sanding, caulking and so on. Once the walls were ready to receive paint, we then applied 2 coats throughout the entire house. We did a shade of gray throughout the entire house, hence the name, 50 shades of gray, which the majority of the walls were done in pewter. However, there were a few other rooms that got a different shade of gray, but gray nonetheless. We did all the walls, and 3 ceilings. We also painted her claw foot tub. No trim was included, but we did her windows, as well as touched up a few other areas, which was not in the proposal, however, we show all of our customers our appreciation by doing little things such as this. We also painted an entire room that was not on the estimate, but I knew she wanted it done even though it wasn't in her budget to do so. Once the job was complete, and she arrived at the house, we were there awaiting her arrival to show her the excellent job that we had done, and each of us proud of our efforts. We walked her through, pointed out all the extras, and just to see the look on her face, was worth it alone. Great job, really enjoyed painting her home and really look forward to doing future projects for this woman, who was more than kind to all of us.

Red Foyer Before and After

Aug 2015

Had an older shotgun style home that had plaster walls, and hadn't been painted in over 30 years, and was in desperate need of repair, and paint. We began with the prep work as usual. After all prep was complete, and we were ready to apply the paint we began with the ceiling and worked our way down. We put 2 coats of CHB on the ceiling, coated the walls with a gray tinted primer, and then applied 3 coats of the red to the walls.

Living Before and After

Aug 2015

We did a living room in a shotgun style house, that was over 100 years old, plaster walls, and hadn't been painted in over 30 years. So, needless to say, we had a hard time with this one. Anyway, we began by repairing all damaged areas as needed to this living room, such as nail pops, stress cracks, and so on. After which we began building dust walls and covered the remaining furniture with plastic and began sanding, spot priming, etc. Once all prep, painting, and everything was finished, we had yet another satisfied customer, that has continued to be a repeat customer, as well as sent several references.

Living Before and After

Aug 2015

We did a living room in a shotgun style house in the Sharonville area, that had plaster walls, and hadn't been painted in over 20 years. So, needless to say, it was a rough one. Anyway, we began by repairing all the damaged areas as needed. Once all the prep work was finished, we built dust walls and covered remaining furniture with plastic and began sanding, spot priming, stain killing and so on. After all prep, and painting was finished, the outcome was amazing and we had yet another satisfied customer. One of which that we continue to have as a repeat client that has referred us to several others as well. Which has also been successful closes.
