I've put my house on the market, and I needed some interior painting to freshen up some rooms and trim and complete exterior painting to eliminate the areas where paint had chipped and peeled. Dan's team did a fantastic job, and my house looks so great! Dan always kept me informed on when the crew would be there (working around the weather), and they always promptly started at 8 am. They thoroughly cleaned up each day and neatly stacked their materials. They even came on a Friday afternoon and moved ladders stored on my patio to another spot on the lot so the photographers could take unrestricted views of the patio area. I think the work really helps with the house's curb appeal and lightens up some dark rooms inside. I wish I'd had Dan come a few years ago to do the interior painting so I could enjoy it longer. Dan will definitely be on my first call list when I get my new home!
