Responding to Eric S. Thanks so much for your review..We tried to warn you about using cheap products to cover some very rotted wood on a very small budget..we tried to offer the correct fix and were denied. Sometimes things cost more money to have fixed right and sometimes a band-aid is not the answer..we apologize from your experience and when moving forward from here on we will really use your house for an example of what trying to cheaply hide the real problems doesn't work to well and I apologize for allowing us to be talked into it.. we have such a soft heart. But again we will learn from your job and work more on educating homeowners that a few more dollars for the better grade goes along way. Doorz N More is a top notch company and have many others agreeing. I think that both parties learned a valuable lesson.
