My wife and I used IC for a addition remodel recently. The experience was a breeze. They had a lot of great ideas and insight for our project. A few things we never considered until we started the drawings. We're very happy with the finished product. Thank you! Chuck and Beth

Contacted IC about a year and a half ago to build us a garage. That went very well. Once the concrete was done they showed up and did so consistently until the project was finished. Last fall we were entertaining the idea of doing a kitchen renovation and addition. We met with the guys again and laid out our ideas, and what we could afford. They came back and said we could do these things but we couldn't do those. Which I liked the upfront honesty over getting a change order in the middle. They kept things clean and livable for us while the construction process was happening. The crew, and subs were friendly, professional and skilled at their trades. Things look great and if we decide to build a new home in the future when the kids are out of the house, we will be working with Innovative. Pat

Kitchen Remodel | Jan 2015 | With the existing kitchen it was small and cramped, and no way to see guests that you were entertaining. We gutted the kitchen and removed a bearing wall to open it up. The beam was installed to replace the wall. Island pendant lighting hanging from the beam was one of our favorite aspects of the new kitchen. | $25k | Laurel, MT
New Home | Aug 2013 | New Ranch Style Home | $195k | Helena, MT
Kitchen Make-Over | Mar 2013 | With the old kitchen it was hard to entertain guests if needed. This kitchen got a slight facelift. Completely gutted and redesigned. New cabinet's with quartz tops and new appliances. | $30k | Billings, MT
Farm House Remodel | Sep 2012 | The old farm house was gutted, redesigned interior with a new garage and addition. | $225k | Circle, MT
Deck Renovation | Mar 2010 | The setup prior to the makeover made it very difficult to enjoy your time on the deck with the sun beating down on you. The homeowners wanted a little break from the shade as well as privacy around the hot tub. We installed a Trex composite deck with an aluminum shade structure. Everything maintenance free. This area is now one of the most used of the house. | $20k | Billings, MT |
