About Compass Design Builders
I am a design build restoration specialist. I have completed many turn of the century restoration projects that were historically stamped properties. I also have been featured in Oregon Home magazine for a complete interior and exterior remodel. I have had a deck featured in Architectural digest. I have designed and completed many unique features as well as interior spaces that were originally thought to be impossible. My creative talent can benefit anyone from the smallest of bathrooms to the largest of homes. I am also available for consultation.

Steve is difficult to work with. The tiled walk in shower he installed in our master bathroom looks like a beginner put it up. Tile corners stick out so the walls are not smooth. It began to leak as soon as we started to use it. We ended up hiring another contractor to find out what was wrong. Turns out, the hole cut for the drain was not reinforced or supported so every time it was stepped on you could see the floor move, which cracked the grout. He refused to fix it. Find a better contractor. This was a nightmare.

| Gurr Project | Sep 2015 | This client and their house was originally slated for a roof and siding job last winter. They met with a contractor who eventually would take over $40,000.00 from them. The "contractors" would eventually get most of the siding off of the house and complete two sides and 6 windows replaced on the house in the time frame of 3 1/2 months...all of which was incorrectly installed. I was introduced to this client in June, we had agreed upon a price to complete the rest of the siding and their roof by August.
