Greenridge St. multiple renovations

Jun 2014

Raised 22'x22' addition sinking due to improper footings, installed 20'x20' concrete pad under addition for car parking, Installed 175 sq. foot natural stone patio. Demo 18'x36' existing asphalt driveway, replaced with 26'x32' asphalt. The soil conditions at & around the concrete piers supporting the addition were terrible! I first formed up and poured a 22'x3'x16" continuous footer with 3 round vertical rebar cages set inside. The second pour, utilizing Sono tubes enclosing the cages formed the new concrete piers that the addition was set on after being raised back to level.
