Ally Property Inspections

Allen Warren was hired on April 15th by the buyer to my occupied home for an inspection. Due to COVID-19 and having a child with medical issues and knowing the inspector would spend hours touching things, etc. I placed a zip lock bag at the door with gloves, sanitizer and mask that read “Please and Thank You”. Allen came in without coverings and begin the inspection. After noticing cameras throughout the home Allen returned to the front door to put on the items I provided upon initially entering. After finishing the interior inspection and beginning the exterior inspection, home owner surveillance captures Allen giving me the middle finger. This level of unprofessional displayed by Allen is not what I would expect from the owner of a company. Everyone is affected by COVID-19 in one way or another and whereas it may be inconvenient, respecting the occupied home within reason is expected. But above all, giving the middle finger in any instance is distasteful, offensive and disrespectful.
