National Dry Out was established in 1978 and is based in Birmingham, AL. We provide water damage restoration and extraction services on a nationwide basis for commercial businesses and Government properties and can respond to almost anywhere within 4 hours, however our goal is 2 hours. National Dry Out also provides full service mold inspection, testing, and remediation throughout Alabama, Mississippi, Georgia and the Florida Panhandle. We also provide Asbestos abatement in Alabama. We provide these services to residential, commercial, industrial and government clients. We provide services on everything from large commercial buildings, schools, residential homes, and rental properties. We are a Veteran owned business and take great pride in leaving our customers satisfied. Our job is to get you back in business or back in your home as quickly as possible with a clean and healthy environment. Kevin Ricke is the president and co-owner of our company. He has a Master Level IICRC Certification in Applied Microbial Remediation, Water Damage Restoration, Fire Mitigation, and is also Certified Asbestos Contractor. National Dry Out are also certified Mold inspectors and can provide complete testing and analysis of your home or business . All NDO inspectors, managers, and technicians are thoroughly educated and trained in the principles, best practices and latest technology regarding mold inspection, testing and remediation. National Dry Out is also fully licensed, bonded and insured for mold remediation work.
