Under bid to get job, attempt to charge more, never on job site, indicated latent damage that was refuted in person by experienced property manager (could try that on a less experienced consumer), does not have financial means to carry own job costs to completion, did not finish job, cursed at us when refusing to pay more upfront, caused more damage than actually repaired, left with only 40% of a partially done roof after 3 weeks of dragging on the job.
