Project: Replace bathroom tub/shower combo with shower pan and tile walls. Review: 3 stars were given due the lack of communication or adherence to schedule resulting in no-show when I was told someone would arrive to work on project. There was confusing as to what needed to be done when someone arrived to work on project at different stages. Contractor did not go over finished project to make sure the completion was satisfactory. In fact, Contractor exited residence and did not speak or give any offer of gratitude for choosing him for the job. We had hoped to us this Contractor for other jobs, but have decided not to. Contractor was paid in full before the completion of the job.
