I wish I could leave a review talking about the quality of work that Imperial Home Remodeling does, but unfortunately I cannot. I had scheduled an appointment for Giovanni to come by my house and give me an estimate for siding repairs last Monday, and the office staff was pleasant and excellent to work with. My appointment was for 3pm, but when I hadn't heard anything at 3:30, I called the office. I was told Giovanni was stuck in traffic on his way from a previous appointment, and he would hopefully be there soon. I received a call back from Giovanni directly just before 5pm, explaining that he was still stuck in traffic, but that he expected to be here around 6 or 6:30, and would call me when he was 30 minutes out. At 7, after hearing nothing, I tried to call him back, but got no answer. I called the office at that point, but they had closed at 7, so I just missed the chance to get someone there. I called Giovanni back at 7:30 and at 8, but got no answer and finally sent a text to ask if he still planned to come that day. It's now 2.5 days later and I have yet to hear from Giovanni in any way after that 5pm call saying he'd be here at 6-6:30. I have talked to the office several times since, who said I would receive a call, which I have never received. Long story short, I can't speak for the actual quality of work, because I was instead ghosted when I took time off from work in good faith for an estimate, but instead sat around waiting for 5 hours and have received no communication in any way from the company in the 2.5 days since the no-show.

We contracted Imperial for a siding project we needed done. The company was very professional and courteous. They did an amazing job. I would use them again for any of my home's needs.
