If I could give them a 0, I would. They did so much damage to my home that it will cost me more to fix it than it cost to have windows put in. They damaged the frame of my bay windows because they ripped the storm windows out, instead of screwing them out. They threw away my canvas awning hardware and I am unable to find hardware to match them so it will probably have to replace all 2 awnings, the did not seal up the frame around the new windows allowing moisture and air to flow through - making them less efficient than my old windows, they got caulking all over the brick and the caulking the put in has dirt and debris all in it. And the materials they used are cheap and they get hold dirt. I had other windows put in by Lowe's 10 yrs ago and they are fantastic. NO Problems. The windows Thermo put in are pure crap! And are not energy efficient. And the sashes are crooked in one window. They refuse to fix the problems even though I contacted them within 2 weeks of putting them in. I was told by old owner offered to give me a full refund. But new owner refuses to owner agreement or fix any of the problems. Getting estimate together to take them to court. Damages are larger than the windows at this point.

Thermal Tilt Windows replaced 24 of the original windows in my circa 1936 home. Ezra was most professional and efficient measuring and fabricating these windows. I have several windows that were unusual in size. When master installers James and Durell came to my home they did a beautiful job installing and cleaning up. The windows are beautiful and the new white trim that was installed straight and tight made my 82 year old home look sparkling new! They removed and replaced blinds and curtains making it easy for me! I highly recommend Thermal Tilt Windows if you need custom quality work at a fair market price.
