They fixed our washer. They said their initial service call service would be $105.00, that was correct. The technician diagnosed the washer as needing a new motor, that was correct. The washer was under warranty so the the replacement part was to be of no charge, that was correct. The technician informed us he would return and finish fixing the washing machine and informed us the return visit would be an additional $50.00. After fixing the machine he handed us the bill for $125.00 not the $50 as he stated on the first visit. I said to him "you told us the return visit would be $50.00. He informed us he was relatively new and made a mistake and since it was a warranty repair he could not charge the lower fee as quoted. I called the office and was very polite explaining the situation to the receptionist who said she would call me back in a few hours and try to resolve the problem. I even offered to split the additional amount they were charging us taking into consideration all of the circumstances. She called me back with excuses (sweetened LIES) saying they could not confirm I was told the return visit would be $50. BEWARE - their upfront pricing is total BS!
