Call for a free estimate for a leaky pipe, an ugly floor, a hole in the wall, or larger jobs like the dream bathroom you've designed but thought you couldn't afford. Your estimate will include an itemized list of materials, delivery, disposal & labor for each task. We also enjoy creating custom bathroom vanities made from repurposed furniture such as old buffets, dressers, desks, etc. You find it and I'll convert it so all drawers still work and the plumbing is an unobtrusive as possible. I We may also have pieces on hand if you're interested. DIY-ers welcome. If you can do part of the work yourself then you only pay us for the work we do.

  | Front Porch Deck | May 2020 | The front porch deck on this home was rotting because the decking was laid directly on top of an old concrete stoop hidden beneath the old porch. After removing the old deck and majority of the concrete stoop, we constructed a new deck that reflected the mid-century flare of the home. After assisting in the design process and providing countless images and ideas, it was decided that the new deck would have boards of varying sizes run in a unique horizontal pattern for the railing. It also has a larger footprint than the old deck, a hexagonal corner and a privacy screen on one section. The deck was constructed using cedartone lumber on the decking and fascia boards and stained treated lumber on the railings. The posts were left natural to give the deck a two tone effect. All in all, the homeowner was happy with the outcome. | $3k | Bloomington, IL |
