Fisher Decks and Fences

I am absolutely 100% more than happy that we chose Fisher Decks and Fences for our project. Not only did they do an AMAZING job on our 3 tier deck with built in hot tub, gazebo and tiki bar, they also blew my mind on our new fence as well. They really showed up and showed out. Everyday 8am on the dot, they were on site. If there was unexpected set backs or any issues at all in fact, I was promptly notified. The constant communication with my husband and I was so comforting and put our minds at ease while "under construction". In the early stages of our project, "the blueprint" or "our vision" of what we wanted was uniquely drawn up. Everything I asked for was Incorporated in the plan, and not in a generic way. It was personalized, and uniquely so. At the reveal, I literally got all choked up and cried tears of pure joy. Not only did they deliver an unbelievable outdoor oasis paradise, but they delivered a platform to create endless memories with the ones I love most. Many memories to be made. Thank you Fisher Decks & Fences, specifically Lile and Cat, for creating a big "little" slice of Heaven here on Earth for my family and I. Y'all killed it!!

They're almost 90 days into a 30 day contract. The work provided wasn't as professional as their (stolen) pictures would indicate. The deck isn't level nor any of the supports. The concrete base for 2 of the supports are almost 3' higher than the rest and have massive cracking. The additional work done (for compensation of excessive non-work time) wasn't done well. Routing the edges left burs and large fragments missing. We were promised countless times that "we'll be out tomorrow to finish up" and yet it's still incomplete. I recommend using someone else a little less dishonest. Like anyone at all.

I signed a contract over a month ago gave them $5,381.00. Was texted on 7 different occasions never called once they received the check letting me know they were starting only to return home from work with nothing done and no communication telling me otherwise. I have called more than 20 times and left messages as well as more than. 50 texts never a returned call . Was told the phone works 2 ways by the owner Lile Joshua Fisher. Have been waiting over a week for my money back with no returned calls or texts . I will be filing a complaint with attorney General and going after his bond money . This is no way for a person to run a buisness. I hope nobody else gets defrauded by him in the future . I gave them plenty of chances to return my money and have got no response in return.
