Was very pleased with the recent improvements that were done on my house by some excellent employees of Triad. Adam Meyer was my first contact with Triad and he was super easy to work with, explained my options thoroughly, was in continual contact with me during the whole job, and answered all my questions with expertise. He even helped me get a discount on my home insurance which was unexpected but appreciated. There was a slight foul up with the delivery of the siding and windows but Adam quickly worked to rectify the situation with ease. He also, after a small leak was discovered around a roof pipe after the roofing job, had a crew there to fix it within a few hours, with no further issues. Along with a neighbors very positive recommendation (who Adam worked with on her house), he was definitely the main reason I signed on with Triad to do the work. The roofers work was professionally done and was very good, even though they initially failed to install 3 extra roof vents by accident, it was almost immediately fixed with no problems, after I contacted Adam. The gutter guys were also excellent, and did a very fine job, though I failed to get their names. The crew (Carl, Todd, and Mark) that handled the siding, windows, patio door, and other exterior work were simply OUTSTANDING! Carl was a perfectionist in all his work, a real craftsman, great to work with, and he was greatly appreciated. Todd was always polite and professional, kept a tidy job site during the whole job, and was a great help to Carl from start to finish. And finally, Mark did a fine job with his initial assessment of the job, getting perfect measurements on the windows, being onsite every day to supervise the project, keeping my wife and me updated on the process, and pitching in whenever necessary to get the job done as quickly, and as precise as possible. I threw in a last minute request (to add 3/4 inch insulation board, per Carl’s seal of approval, before the siding was put up) and both Mark and Adam were very cooperative in working with me on this and even though it cost me more money I am super happy I went with the upgrade. Finally, the charge to fix some wood rot around a couple windows was very fairly priced, and expertly fixed by Carl. My wife and me were both happy with the final invoice with no surprise extra charges added unnecessarily. Mike and Sheri B.

Contracted to have roof replaced and trusses repaired. Was told by business owner Kerry Copenhaver that they would shore up the trusses and screw boards into the sides for added support. What they did was a JOKE they took used 2x4's and cut a U shape in one end pushed it against the truss and nailed the other end to the attic floor supports. And expected to charge me $300. Informed him I was not impressed he NEVER contacted me or stopped by. He had his foreman call me, Brad, he informed me Mr Copenhaver knew I was upset and he was going to give me time to cool down... It's been 7 months and only contact I have had is a bill, so I contacted the BBB and he responded through them stating I was only trying to get out of paying... Which has been paid in full. He said that the trusses were not charged since I didn't like the job they did so it can't count against him... It WAS a contracted job they failed. Also contract states that they clean up every night and run the magnet which they did NOT! Paperwork Mr Copenhaver gave out said that when the job was done he would bill the insurance and then he would stop by to settle up ( which in our case he agreed to set payment arrangements---7 months and he NEVER came by) I will provide a copy of our contract and pictures of the fact they had numerous Breach of contract. I have email before the job was done that states he would bill insurance CO and stop by to take pictures and settle up when the job was complete. Still have NOT received our warranty paperwork either. Bgml68@comcast.net
