Drescher & Associates

Called Drescher the end of May to have a survey done. Brought him a $1,000 deposit. It's a large property but they were familiar with it, so we were told two days (June 17th & 18th) for the survey, a week or two to get it back. Saw the guy on the 17th, never heard anything after that. Called July 6th to find out when we would get the results. He tells me they never even came back!! It had been three weeks! Guy said "it got messy" so it was rescheduled for July 7th. Never contacted us, never elaborated on what that even meant, nothing. Saw the guy briefly on the 7th. Then, nothing. Now here we are, over a month from when they were supposed to do the survey, and they still have our $1,000, we still have nothing. The thing that is the absolute worst about this place is the complete and utter lack of communication. I cannot imagine a client giving me $1,000 for a deposit and then just???? Nothing??? I ignored the other reviewer who said they never finished because Drescher made it sound like he was lying. Absolutely not. I worked for a realtor who used Drescher and never had an issue, so maybe this is a new problem? Either way it's completely unacceptable. I'm beyond angry that I'm now out all that time when we could have another company do it and have the results by now. Ridiculous. There are other reputable surveyors around here, PLEASE choose one of them.

Very poor service, They make mistakes so many times,, won't hire them again.
