  | Fields Realty Vault & Meter Room | Mar 2015 | Others Electric was awarded the monumental task of dividing the close to 1,000,000 sq ft building into separately metered service from one metered service. We took this project from the design to completion in 4 months. Installing (4) 1600 AMP 277/480V feeders into the FPL Vault, installing (8) new metered services from 1600 to 400 AMP and from there feeding the buildings existing sub electric rooms back with the new separately metered service. This project was completed while the building was in full operation working around the clock and holidays to accommodate the building tenants. The building was converted from a furniture sales, warehouse and distribution facility to an office, warehouse and retail facility.
