Frontier Fence

I had asked for a quote to have side fences put in to match my wings already installed by the builder. I ended up with a fence that matched my neighbors wings. When I called to let them know, they tried telling me they didn’t make the error and they followed HOA guidelines and whoever put the side wings in is the one that made the error. I spoke with both of the sales manager Ward Ellis who was rude and threatening and offered to “rip out the fence” told me “no one carried my color” and threatened to call the HOA on the other neighbors that have the same fence color as me. I also spoke with Ray Hohenleitner who stated he was Vice President who flat out told me that they did not make a mistake without even coming to look at the job. They did offer a small discount of $200, but I would still be stuck with the wrong color fence and out additional money to change my wings to the color of the fence in order to get what I asked for. They never let me know up front that they did not have my color, I would have called around had I known. The contract I signed stated that it would be tan, the color I got is ivory and at best a very light tan. I did not ask them for full compensation, as a job was completed. All I asked for was that they take responsibility for their mistake and make it right to get me what I paid for.
