Our home flooded on Christmas Day. The disaster cleanup Dry Pros who are also an incredible company recommended Total Handyman Solutions. They came in and turned a disaster into a beautiful new home. Their prices are very competitive and they do incredible work. There was zero problems with their professionalism or workmanship. They gave me a written bid and stuck to it with no surprises. I am also a Realtor with EPIC Realty and have been looking for a new handyman company to take care of my clients. They are by far the best I have ever used and will be recommended to all my clients who need quality workmanship. Dan Bevins

Based on the stars, 2 stars is 'fair.' PRO: The THS team was incredibly professional and the quality of work excellent. CON: As we learned, quality of work is not the only metric for a satisfactory experience. The business is run very poorly in the areas where it impacts customers - follow up, $ accounting, and communication. Invoices were late or not provided at all, deadlines for completing work took 5x as long to complete as estimated, no follow up after the job is done (i.e. there are incomplete items yet to be addressed (STILL NOT ADDRESSED 5 months later). The financial accounting and communication between the field and office appears to have gaps - we pay up front and on time, and then receive phone calls requesting we pay them. The even worse business practice here is calling us 4 months later, after having already paid for the job, demanding payment, part of which was paid in cash. Luckily they 'found' it after harassing my wife and we had to go check the banks. If the THS folks had not found the payment, we might be on the hook for $1500 that we already paid. SUMMARY: The quality of work is just not enough. The follow through was so poor, and to this day is still incomplete. All their leadership can offer is excuses when they should own it, apologize, and be more professional. ***I can not in good conscience recommend this company to anyone***. Although we liked the people, the rest of the job was very painful and unsatisfactory.
