We contacted him at 9:00 AM and were told hat he would arrive between 11:30 and 12:30...he never showed. We called him again, and he stated he was running late and would call within 30 min with an ETA. Again, he never called or showed. I sent him a text message and called asking that he at least let us know if he was coming or not, so we could look elsewhere if necessary....and he never responded. Completely irresponsible. Ultimately, we waited the entire day, the work was never completed, and he never responded to our messages.
