Apple Plumbing

Apple Plumbing is a family owned plumbing company located in Boise, Idaho. When we started this business we decided that we were going to provide the absolute best customer service experience possible. Now, that’s easy to say and a lot of companies state the same thing. We simply believe that we carry through on that pledge better than others. Why? Because we care. Everyone that joins our team (in the office or in the field) is fully expected to be technically competent at their chosen skill. They are also expected to be laser focused on customer care. We safely assume that there are hundreds of skilled tradespeople in this area that are likely technically as skilled as we are. That’s kind of the point of having a state licensing and testing program. However, we further believe that none of them can outperform us in the customer experience area. Unfortunately, our industry does not have the highest level of inherent trust from customers. But as we like to say at Apple Plumbing: “We’re not here to be as mediocre as our competitors. We’re here to be the best.
